Serhii Halchenko said that despite the fact that he has devoted more than forty years to studying life and works of Taras Shevchenko, many discoveries and unknown facets of biography and creative heritage of the poet-prophet and talented artist are still waiting to be uncovered. The Shevchenkian scholar also brought gifts – special editions of Kobzar for Anti-Terrorist Operation soldiers to be sent to a hospital where the wounded are treated.
