The Preserve Held Tutorial Workshop of Kyiv Educational Institutions’ Deputy Directors

The National Kyiv-Pechersk Historical and Cultural Preserve held the tutorial workshop of deputy directors for training activities of Kyiv educational institutions on April 14, 2016. The representatives of Kyiv higher educational establishments were invited to participate in the workshop.

The workshop was organized by the Kyiv Higher Vocational School of Clothes Technology and Design and National Kyiv-Pechersk Historical and Cultural Preserve.

The welcome speech was given by the Preserve Museum and Education Head O. V. Topylko and the Methodist of the Educational and Methodical Study of vocational education in Kyiv O. M. Bondareva.

The workshop began with a presentation of activities of the tutorial commission of general educational disciplines regarding the use of media and educational technologies in teaching.

The workshop’s participants discussed the media and educational technologies as means of organizing activities in the process of achieving educational goals, the organization of training activities through hardware media educational technologies, innovations and creativity as a basis for preparing students for responsible, conscious and intelligent actions in the rapid development of information technologies, and covered the topic of forming a unified educational information environment as one of the strategic objectives in the process of preparing students in the present.

Preserve employees O. V. Topylko, O. H. Honcharenko and O. S. Balabanova showed the multimedia presentation of the “Museum Recreation for Children and Adults” interactive events, in particular, the thematic teaching excursion (with interactive elements) “Iconographic Scenes in Mural Painting of Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra Churches”, and the “Velykodnia Kraina in Lavra” cultural and educational project.

At the end of the workshop, participants attended a sightseeing tour around the Preserve.
