We continue consultations with experts from the Smithsonian Institute. This time the meeting was joined by Corine Wegener, Director of the Smithsonian Cultural Rescue Initiative, Jenifer Bosworth, Exhibitions Conservator, National Museum of Asian Art, Smithsonian Institution, Chris Barber, a crate builder for a fine arts shipping company, and Ashley McGrew, a preparator at the Cantor Arts Center at Stanford University.

The parties discussed issues of building protective packaging for unique monumental slate slabs with relief compositions of the 11th century, which are part of the Fund collection of the Preserve.
